Timberland

The Calexico collection was born from Timberland’s desire to create an elevated, all-leather bag line for Nordstrom that paired perfectly with their best-selling Wodehouse leather dress chukka. Drawing inspiration from the shoe, I incorporated stitching overlay details and sourced the same gold-rated tanned leather to ensure consistency and quality. The collection featured rugged-yet-refined silhouettes — from a timeless leather duffle to a then-fashion-forward roll-top leather backpack. The result was a cohesive, elevated capsule that resonated with customers and became a retail success.
